- Performance anxiety.
Dr. Chris Michaels practices varied approaches in his work with individuals. He utilizes his training in systems therapy, object relations, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and hypnotherapy to address his client's needs.
As he works with clients, Dr. Michaels is focused strongly on the here and now and the issue at hand. He utilizes recent and past family history to better understand the client and the concerns presented. He works to understand his clients in the context of their lives, including areas such as relationships, career responsibilities, and health.
Dr. Michaels will assess your concerns and the current situation and if he feels that his training is not in the area best suited for your need, he will assist you in finding another professional trained in that area.
